When it comes to your dreams, do you ever feel like you have one foot on the gas and one foot on the brake? One of the biggest barriers people face in reaching their dreams is within: the self-sabotaging voices that arise when stepping out in a new way. Yet what if these voices can actually be your allies? Based on the new book When your Mind Sabotages Your Dreams: Turning Your Critical Internal Voices into Collaborative Allies, this workshop explores how your inner critical voices can stand in the way of living the life you desire and achieving the success you envision for yourself. It details the practical tools and strategies you can use to do so.Find out more »
To be truly at ease with yourself and those around you is transformative. The first step is to approach every- conflict – whether internal or external – as an opportunity. When we understand and communicate our needs with clarity, and with deep empathy for the universality of those needs, conflict leads to connection. The illusion of separation from self and others crumbles. Finally, we are at home in the world.
Trainers present this program based on the pedagogy developed by Ike Lasater and John Kinyon. Building on the work of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) founder Marshall Rosenberg, it offers a simple, flexible, yet pow- erful process for learning these vital skills and applying them to daily life. For thousands of people around the world, it’s been the key to learning not just a new way to communicate, but a new way to live.Find out more »

A Workshop for people sharing Nonviolent Communication in groups
With Ike Lasater and Christiaan Zandt
As a trainer or facilitator, you likely have ample exercises at your disposal to help people practice challenging conversations and conflict communication skills. Although your participants are moved and enthusiastic about what you offer, you nonetheless may have concerns about focussing solely on stressful situations and discord, as well as the time spent sitting and talking. Instead, you want to bring more balance to the experiences you offer. You want your participants to be physically active during your trainings – to be on their feet while they experience NVC not only as a means to resolving conflict, but as a compelling path to connection, a path filled with cooperation, empathy and trust. If any of this rings true for you, we would love to see you in this two-day training!Find out more »
